Credit Control is a business strategy that promotes the selling of goods and services by extending credit to customers. Most businesses try to extend credit to consumers with a good credit history so as to ensure payment of the goods or services.

When Does An Unpaid Invoice Need to Be Chased Via Phone Call?  

 

1.No favourable response after 3 email chasers.

2.No response at all.

3.To impose a sense of realism for example a threat of legal action.

It will involve communicating directly with other businesses or individuals.
